Maceo.eu warrants the home delivery of quality products. Our customers’ satisfaction is our first priority and we wish to bring an impeccable service to our clients.

Maceo.eu believes the information written on the products (such as size and weight) to be correct.
Privacy
Maceo.eu discloses personal information to a third party only if essential to the execution of the order or its payment (such as disclosure of information to FedEx, Swisspost or any other transporter, to a recovery agency in case of default etc.) Your personal details are treated with the highest confidentiality.
Maceo.eu reserves the right to use information anonymously on customer’s purchasing habits for its sole commercial purposes.

All prices do not include VAT.
The price of a product posted on the website at the time the order is passed will be honored.
Delivery costs vary according to the value of the purchase (total value of shopping bag)
Products
It is strictly forbidden to resale products purchased at Maceo.eu. Maceo.eu reserves the right to limit the purchase quantity of certain products.
If a product is not available when delivery must be made, it will not be charged nor will it be delivered at a later date.
Maceo.eu Order Confirmatio
The contract becomes effective when the client has passed the order and the order has been accepted and confirmed electronically by Maceo.eu. Thereafter, any change or cancellation of the order will no longer be possible.
Each order is confirmed by Maceo.eu.
Your credit card will be charged only after merchandise is shipped.

Maceo.eu reserves the right to check the solvency of its customers. By ordering, the customer accepts that Maceo.eu may perform a credit check.
Maceo.eu can cancel or suspend the order of a customer, if found insolvent or if Maceo.eu has sound reasons to believe that the customers acts under fraudulent pretenses.
Reimbursement
A reimbursement can only occur in case of a quality defect of a product. In this case only, a purchase can be returned within 30 days following delivery and Maceo.eu will replace or if impossible compensate the customer by crediting his account with the equivalent of the purchase price. Wear is not considered a quality defect and is not covered by the warranty.
Delivery
Delivery is by FedEx or Swisspost.
Places of Delivery
Delivery locations can be verified on the website.
Following the purchase order confirmation by Maceo.eu, delivery will take place at the address indicated by the client.
Returns
The client becomes responsible for the purchased items upon delivery of the products, even if the said products are deposited in front of the customer’s door or at a neighbor in his absence.
If a customer orders products by mistake, these will not be taken back nor reimbursed by Maceo.eu
Delivery is performed by FedEx or Swisspost. If the client is absent during the delivery, and the merchandise cannot be put in the mailbox, the customer will receive one notice for a second delivery.
